Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:?This project is an emergency toilet management and security - warehousing management fee project, and a qualified supplier is required to implement storage and maintenance services for emergency mobile toilets and supporting equipment in the region in the form of contracted labor, materials, quality, safety and civilized maintenance. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Service Requirements)

合同履約期限：本項目一次采購二年有效，合同簽訂采用一年一簽，年度考核合格后，進(jìn)行合同續簽，投標總價(jià)所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為合同簽訂后一年。

二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿(mǎn)足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目是專(zhuān)門(mén)面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時(shí)小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)均不執行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
